I had a somewhat mixed experience during my stay. The customer service was wonderful, with staff like Marcus and Tuong going out of their way to make us feel welcome. However, I found the room to be quite dated for the price we paid, and the dining options left a lot to be desired. The pool facilities were great for the kids, but I expected more overall considering the costs.
